We check the best ‘ad hoc’ prices with airline representatives with whom we are in close contact every day. With regard to our branch located at Václav Havel Airport, our team can directly check the shipments upon receipt at the airline’s warehouse and, if necessary, intervene operationally in the event of any discrepancies. In the event of customs checks, we are able to open the goods professionally, take photo documentation of the check and pack them again without your presence so that you do not have to come to the airport.
As part of transport services, we also provide: customs clearance, supplementary insurance of the shipment, professional packaging of goods, storage, assistance in moving to/from abroad, assistance in obtaining official permits, consultations.
Tracking shipments and informing the customer about the current state of their goods is a matter of course for us.
Charter transport
We can transport goods or material of a specific nature, size or weight by cargo planes for charter tailored to your demand. Our limits are determined only by the maximum load capacity and dimensions of the plane loading areas.
